With our Nice-experienced team there to handle everything from your airport private shuttles to premium race site accommodations and course orientation, the 2024 World Championship race week will be a smooth and easy experience for athletes and spectators alike. This is an especially valuable week for those of you who want to prepare for future race qualification or just want to get inspired to achieve any personal goal.

Pricing and Booking
7-NIGHT RACE TOUR
Single Occupancy: $3,995
Double Occupancy (1 bed or 2 twin beds): $2,995 per person
An initial non-refundable deposit of $750 per traveler is due at the time of booking. Final trip balances are due on May 31, 2024 and will be automatically collected on the initial credit card provided for your booking. Additional nights before the race week tour are available; please inquire. We can also assist with your post-race itineraries, flight plans, travel tips and vetted recommendations.
IMPORTANT BOOKING NOTES
Refunds are available, less a $750 per person cancellation fee, if you notify us of your need to cancel your booking on or before May 31, 2024. Notify us in writing, with an email to team@race-quest.com OR racequesttravel@gmail.com. After May 31, 2024 we are 100% financially committed to all tour-related expenses and our tour partners and vendors. We STRONGLY encourage travel insurance coverage to protect you against unplanned financial loss if you become unable to attend the event prior to take-off. Accident and illness coverage is available through our partners, World Nomads, or from a variety of companies at travelinsurance.com. The cost of a World Nomads Explorer policy is around $150 per person, and can cover up to $10,000 in non-refundable race week travel and tour expenses. No refunds will be available after May 31, 2024. For the best options, travel insurance should be purchased within 7 days of your initial booking.

Train for Nice with us!
We’ve designed our July Blue Ridge Cycling-focused training camp near Asheville, North Carolina, to provide triathletes racing in September and October with the opportunity to prepare by conquering the “Beast of the East” Mount Mitchell. Our Pro Head Coach for the camp, IRONMAN World Champion, Kathleen McCartney, won the first Nice long-course triathlon and will be providing her best insights for succeeding on the Nice course. If you’re racing Nice, Chattanooga, Wisconsin, or other challenging races, consider joining us for this all-inclusive 5-night training camp July 25-30, 2024.
