About the Villa

The RQ Villa consists of 3 bedrooms, 2-1/2 baths, and comfortably sleeps up to six adults. Air-conditioned and beautifully appointed. Dining for up to nine guests, plus an outdoor deck with dining for four. Plunge pool. Media room. Chef’s kitchen. And conveniently located near the trail head and steps from the beach and town center.

RQ Villa Pricing

$499 per night + $200 Cleaning Fee (covers daily housekeeping and laundry service, purchased per week)

The RaceQuest Villa can be rented for $499 per night, plus a $200 per week fee to cover daily housekeeping services and cleaning after you checkout. Tax and 3% credit card processing fee are added when you make your booking. All rental and service fees are due at the time of booking. A cancellation fee of $250 is retained for all cancelled bookings. Refunds (less the cancellation fee) are available if you notify us 14 days or more in advance of your planned arrival date that you need to cancel your stay. Cancellations made within the 14 days prior to your arrival are completely non-refundable. We strongly encourage the purchase of travel insurance to cover your vacation financial investment in the event that you must cancel your stay at the Villa.
