All of our Challenge Roth tour packages include the access to purchase a guaranteed race entry, if you need one, until we are fully sold out. This is the VIP tour that offers access to ride and run on the course, the convenience of an Olympic swimming pool across from the hotel, and the advantage of basing at the only 4-star boutique hotel at the finish line. Space is very limited for this tour, so don’t delay. Book now with your deposit, and lock it in for 2026.

A $750 (USD) per traveler non-refundable deposit is required to secure your booking. An installment payment of 50% of your remaining tour balance will be collected on July 1, with final balance due on November 30, 2025. Please request one King bed or two separate twin beds in your booking questionnaire. Each room holds a maximum of 2 adults. Junior Suites and interconnecting rooms are not available at this hotel. TRAIN ON THE COURSE whenever you desire, in the quaint village of Roth, Germany.

PREMIUM ACCOMMODATIONS 800m from the race finisher stadium and expo. Choose Single, Double or Twin Share occupancy. These sleek, superior class rooms are cozy but beautifully appointed in a modern style, with amenities our guests love. Extremely comfortable bedding, stocked mini-bar fridge, rainfall showers, and premium HDTV system are just a few of the comments our past travelers have noted.

EXPERIENCED TOUR LEADERS: Personal support from experienced tour leaders who care about every aspect of your tour, your travel and the event. Our tour leaders have the expertise and local knowledge to assist you throughout the tour, built from a decade of doing this race and tour.

ALL GROUND TRANSPORTATION: Leave the driving to us! We include flexible round trip airport shuttles to the hotel from Munich airport, and transportation to key race week activities.

DAILY BREAKFAST: Enjoy a full breakfast with hot and cold buffet options.

PRIVATE WELCOME PARTY: Held on Wednesday evening, this is a favorite of past Challenge Roth guests. We meet up at the Roth Expo Village for an exclusive, catered event with special guest speakers. This is only available to our 7-night tour guests. Before the party, you’ll have a private shopping opportunity at the Challenge Roth merchandise store.

RACE COURSE ORIENTATION: We give all athletes on the 7-night tours a detailed look at the swim course, transition, and we drive the bike and run course together (one lap) highlighting key points for you along the way. This is very valuable information for race day.

BIKE TRANSPORT: We transport your bike to T1 for check-in, and after the race we retrieve your bike and 2 gear bags from T2 and deliver them back to the hotel for you, saving your legs and giving you time to celebrate at the finish line! Many athletes have told us it was amazing to be able to entirely avoid the walk to T2 after their race.

PRO BIKE MECHANIC: You have priority access to our professional bike mechanics at our hotel.

VIP RACE DAY: Spectators who are booked on tour with you have access to a spectacular race day! We have VIP tents at the swim start with hot coffee, tea, pastries, and we provide transport in our new air conditioned motor coaches to several cheering zones on the race course. After the swim, we guide your guests to Solar Hill and the catered, tented VIP area. We also include cold drinks, fan “swag” and premium position on the run course, near the finisher stadium. Many spectators on tour have told us the fun and convenience of the race day services was absolutely “worth the price of admission!”

Terms and Conditions

All Challenge Roth Tour details are subject to change. Challenge Roth race entry is purchased in a separate transaction, online, from the race office, using the access code we provide to you. You are responsible for activating your personal code and link in order to register, typically a 72-hour time window. Challenge Roth governs the race entry. The individual race entry fee for 2026 is 799 Euros ($875 USD). All race entry access codes expire on October 30, 2025, or when we are fully sold out.

IMPORTANT: Please be aware for the 2026 tour that after December 30, 2025 no changes or refunds can be made for any version of the tour, no exceptions.

Interest-Free Payment Schedule Option

You may elect to make payments with our interest-free installment plan. We process your initial $750 per person deposit (non-refundable), and collect a second installment July 1 of 50% of your remaining balance. The final installment is taken on November 30. All bookings made after July 1 will be charged the deposit plus the 1st installment upon booking.

All pricing stated is per person. Athletes and adult spectators are charged the same price, as you have access to the services, activities, tours and transfers, regardless of your racing status.

Airfare is not included, but we are happy to help you with complimentary air travel planning. To ensure your place on our airport shuttle service, we’ll need your flight plans no later than April 15, 2026. Transaction fees for our credit card transactions will be collected in addition to stated tour fees.

Protect Your Tour Investment

Please consider a travel insurance solution to fit your individual needs. We partner with World Nomads to offer several options to help you mitigate your risk of financial loss should you need to cancel your tour after December 30, 2025.

There are additional trip coverage plans out there that offer a “Cancel For Any Reason” (CFAR) addendum such as Seven Corners. It’s important to note that if you opt for a CFAR plan, this typically must be purchased within 20 days of your initial trip deposit, and will cover up to 75% of your trip expenses.
